Supervisory / Office management training

 The objective of this course is to provide students with practical information, tools and techniques that can immediately be applied in their new or current role as a supervisor or manager. 


Students will learn how to get off to a great start by communicating with the appropriate people and learn how to maximize the resources that are available. They will also learn how to shorten their learning curve by empowering employees and gain a better understanding of how to create their own future by establishing goals. 


  • This course is designed for aspiring and new supervisors, intermediate level supervisors and managers, office managers and human resources professionals who are interested in making a great initial impression, empowering employees and enhancing their performance.
  • Although intended for entry-level to intermediate level supervisors, the content of this course would be beneficial to anyone in a supervisory role, regardless of level.


Lastly, they will learn to be a humble leader that is committed to providing support and service, as well as receive my personal advice regarding the most important behaviors of successful supervisors. In order to encourage and assist students in the implementation and application the content in this course, Action Plans are provided at the end of most modules.


This course will enhance your performance and increase the probability of you becoming a top performing, successful supervisor.   Topics covered in this course include, but are not limited to:


  • Describing the Major Functions of Supervision
  • Outline Good Supervisor characteristics
  • Explain the Types of Supervisory skills
  • Explain how to facilitate employee management
